I’m glad you stopped by. I hope if you stay some of my words will meet you where you’re at with solidarity. I hope they will cause you look more honestly inside of yourself while simultaneously leading you to search more longingly outside of yourself.

About Me: My Southern roots mean that tea is sweet, Saturday is for football, and manners matter. My Northwestern upbringing impressed upon me the value of deep and honest thinking and the beauty of diversity. And my Midwestern mix taught me the misery that cold can be and the adventure that the outdoors can provide. It was also here, in the sneaky state of South Dakota, that I met my favorite person who would later become my husband.

8 years later you would find us in Twin Falls Idaho learning how to build and how to begin again. Chipping away at a new house, jumping into a new community, supporting a new church plant, and exploring all sorts of new terrain and territory. Our hearts are made up of many homes, and this place is becoming one of them.
